Render plugin Missing

In my Rhino 5.0 at Win 10 system, I Cant load the Render plugin , I check the “options”, and have enabled the “Rhino render”. but it does not work.

Hi Lance - please try -

Close all Rhinos
Right click on the Rhino icon, choose ‘Run as Administrator’.
Does that work? If so, close and start Rhino normally - still OK?
