Remove duplicate numbers from a list

I have 2 large data sets with many duplicates that i wish to compare but cannot as of right now as they do not line up. I have been searching forums and online looking for a simple way to do this but I cant find one. If anyone could help that’d be great thanks. I’ve attached an image below of the data sets
