Regression/Wish: Script Editor Drop Down Menu Alignment/Styling

Hi @eirannejad and @Alain,

Outside of the reported issues with the top menu bar order and structure/verbosity, I noticed that the drop down menus align on the right side of their parent, and not the left side as is the case with the other Rhino/Grasshopper drop down menus. The styling furthermore uses a blue highlight. I’d prefer if the alignment and styling was inherited from whatever the Rhino settings are (assuming this would also allow users to customise), making for a more coherent GUI.

Best,

Anders

Actually, looking closer at how the script editor colors are inherited from the Rhino appearance color settings, something seems a bit off or jumbled here:

Regarding the left/right menu see the comment linked here

WPF follows Windows 11 left/right hand settings

I made a ticket to better match the editor window colors

Cheers Ehsan. I would have never thought that tablet/pen settings would be the culprit here, absurd. Anywho, assigning myself left-handed indeed did the trick. But I’d support @pierrec in that we shouldn’t have to
