Reference Direct shapes and have Massing

Hi Guys, is there a way to reference Direct shapes breps from Grasshopper

then have’ Mass by Face ‘then have the surface be selected to apply a particular category?

Are there any other workarounds, where we could have better communication between tranferred BREPS inside the revit project environment?

With Directshape its not possible. You can create a mass family or Generic Models and then apply Mass by Face
