Rectangular pipe mesh

I am looking for rectangular pipe mesh.
The input data is nodes, height and width, and I am looking for a way to create a model like this sketch.
I can use Sweep to output as brep information, but since there are almost 10,000 nodes, I would like to create it as a mesh to l

ighten the data.
