I am trying to use use flat rectangles on a double curve surface.
I saw the following video but have no idea how is he using Anemone as it is not revealed.
The aim is to have all rectangle panels flat without any gap in between. The curvature of the resultant panelized surface can be compromised a bit automatically as the rectangles adjust themselves.
How can I attempt the same thing has he’s done?

Did another attempt, but can’t seem to find out out how to use Anemone to define the constraints for alignment of all flat panels together sharing common edges.

That can easy be achieved with Kangaroo, but you want strictly to use Anemone and Anemone only, right?
No. Not like that. Any method is welcome. I couldn’t find a way to do equal rectangular division for mesh as there’s a facility for doing isotrim only for brep. Converting it to mesh then complicates matters…
