Raytraced - Stange horizontal line bisecting everything

I’ve got this line that shows up in not only the viewing window, but in the preview images in the Environment panel, etc.

Also, I can no longer get my Real-Time Raytrace to look decent at all.

Scrngrab and SysInfo below. Note jagged edges at tops of walls…

(Bump)

Hm… sorry, I really do not have a good idea - none of the plug-ins look likely to be responsible, to me at least - is this true on any file? If not,can you send us one that shows the problem? (tech@mcneel.com, with a link back here in your comments)

-Pascal

Thanks, Pascal. It happens with any file.

I’ve emailed a sample.
And in case it’s helpful, I’ll upload it here, as well. Just a cube.

Raytrace_Horizontal-Line_RT Render Problem_AlanFarkas_220713.3dm (182.5 KB)

Hi Alan - no line here - I’d block the plug-ins that do not ship with Rhino, close and reopen Rhino- I do not expect that to fix it, with the plug-ins you show, but we need to try.

-Pascal

Does it happen if environment tab is closed too? I just noticed that the black line lines up with the line on the panel.

Yep, shows up with panels open/closed.
That’s one of the weird things, is that it also shows up on anything that uses Cycles.
I’m also going to try to see if I can change which GPU it uses for RT render

The culprit: Had both GPUs - and they’re not the same - checked under my Cycles Options window
(And the pixelation was b/c I guess at some point I had turned the Sharpness down)
