Hy guys,
any Idea how to create this kind of pattern in grasshopper.
Thank you.
Hello
there are tons of ways.
For the dots it is a regular grid.
The curves could be taken from topographic data or a scalar field. Then you just remove all dots that are too near from the curve or too near from a numeric value (from scalar field).

thank you @laurent_delrieu for giving hint.
how can I create random lines? Do you have any grasshopper defination for it?
thank you
Curve are the place where scalar field has the same value.
You can use plugin like IsoPod, Nautilus to get the iso curves.
This is awesome! :melting_face:I really like to see this type of transition into the smooth curvature.
It reminds me of a project or challenge I was working on once before, and I don’t think I figured out a solution, but this looks very promising.
I’ll try to add a link
This is what this reminds me of:
I was desiring to create a faded effect accross this somewhat low curvature surface, that would simulate a kind of dimple effect that faded along in UV.
Scalar field could be an equation, a noise, and why not a topographic data (elevation as a function of (x, y)).
Hello Daniel,
I hope you are well. I began outputting Delegate Func<Point3d,double> for Scalar Fields, for vector Field I continue to output GH_Field.
Your bridge components works well.
Here some uses with Nautilus component Fast Noise Lite, Blender, Equation,

Can you add this component to a next IsoPod release ?
Thanks

trying to code this in grasshopper, anyone has an understanding of how to get it done?
Here some of the command in NAutilus plugin
You are at the command and as you don’t post any other context, giving a definition has a low probability of usefulness. Please read that
