Random lines showing up on my model, any ideas?

I’ve been working on this file for a few days now, making an Anamorphic Perspective model that will eventually be CNC’d. But just this afternoon, seemingly random lines started showing up on some of my surfaces. I’m unsure where they came from or what they are displaying.

Any guidance as to their purpose / or the feature they relate to… and if there’s a way to turn them off or hide them, would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Jordan -

Please run the Rhino SystemInfo command and copy-paste the result here.

try Settings>open gl> GPU tesselation >uncheck<

any better?

If not, I’d update your OS to the latest. For Mac stuff we recommend always grabbing the updates to the OS if you see any issues running rhino.

Kyle is right.
The current build of macOS Monterey is 12.6.3

Also, In Rhino Preferences > OpenGL, make sure uncheck the GPU Tessellation option.

Any luck?

Thanks, everyone!

Yep, with GPU Tessellation unchecked, the “random” lines seem to have disappeared.
