[R8 issue] Hatch is not able to be selected

The hatch cannot be selected for some reason.
This is not the first time I encounter this problem, but since there is a work around, it’s doesn’t bother me a lot.

weird spot here if you turn on the points.

if I fix that spot, the hatch selects fine.

once fixed it selects as expected-
