In case you ask, I tried testing it in safe mode as well and the panel is still closing automatically when mouse is hovered.

Hey @Wiley,

I can’t quite tell exactly when you’re clicking. Is the issue

  1. That the menu is slow and if you click again the first one dissapears
  2. A single click and waiting for the menu to appear still results in the menu dissapearing when you move over it?
  1. Mouse move to the side bar
  2. right click => panel pops out
  3. Mouse move to the panel => panel disappears

Let me investigate and we’ll get this ticketed up and sorted.

I’ve repro’d it, seems to be only certain panels that do it to.
If you choose something other than layers does the panel stay?

Yes. It seems that it happens when the layer panel is opened. With other panels, it’s quite stable.

I think this is a focus issue for the panel.

@CallumSykes @stevebaer

In case you are still working on this issue.

The panel doesn’t open at all if you are connected to a second monitor.
In the video you can see i kept clicking right click and nothing opens.

Tested in SR17

@Wiley does this ticket accureately describe your issue?

Yes. I am aware of this, but I don’t see it opened in the primary monitor either. It’s either hidden behind other folders or not showing up at all.

Either way, if this issue has been reported and is in the pipeline, then it’s okay.
