Question about figuring out a specific command for grasshopper

Hello fellas. I am trying to create some grasshopper command and practice, and I couldn’t figure out this command. I have pufferfish, parakeet, weaberbird, lunchbox, etc plug-ins that seems relevant with this command. However, I couldn’t find this specific command.

It would be great if I could get some opinion about this command
