I am starting learning Python. Is this image meaning that something wrong with my installation?

I’ve never noticed that before, but mine does it, too, for a few moments. I think it means it’s loading the code that will let python3 work in the grasshopper environment…or something similar. Unless it completely freezes like that I wouldn’t worry about it. (It may be faster / slower to load depending on the computer being used, though.)
mine remains like that.
What if you delete that component and then add another python component? Does the new one also do that? And, whether the loading message stays there or not, what happens if you plug the python component into a panel component? It should display "“Hello Python 3 in Grasshopper!” (as shown in the image below).
Something weird happened. I have reinstalled rhino 7 (NOT 8!!!) Now it works in Rhino 8.
