proRender: enabling layer recompiles the render

When enabling an previously invisible layer the whole scene recompiles again - which sums up to a lot of time waiting if one wants turn on and off some layers while using the proRender interactive (raytraced) view.
On the other side, just adding geometry by creating a Box, does not force proRender to recompile and is thus smooth and fast.

It’s likely not recompiling kernels but instead delivering the layer data to ProRender and restarting the render. I logged a bug to improve the output text on the render window.

Just did a test with a larger model and a single box on a layer. Turns out that it works fine / fast. Only when there is a lot of geometry on that layer, the viewport takes some time to rerender…
So my mistake, sorry.
