Is it possible to add a property whose value can be selected from a drop-down list in the REVIT properties panel on an object created by Rhino Inside from Grasshopper?

You need to create a Key Schedule in Revit, add the applicable values to the Key Schedule, and define a property name on the schedule.

There is not a specific component in GH at the moment to create schedules. However a python component with a python script can be used to create the key schedule programmatically.
