Properties Panel Becomes Something Else

This is a mystery problem that I do not know what causes it.

That is the properties panel becomes some other panel. It will stay that way until i undock it and move it around which causes it to become the properties panel again. Then, when I dock it again, it goes back being some other panel.

Here, the panel in the lower right WAS the properties panel.

Now I have undocked and it says its the properties panel but still isn’t.

I restarted Rhino and it stayed the same way. Closed rhino and that panel remained on the screen. Closed that and restarted again.

Now Rhino thinks the properties panel is being displayed but it isn’t on the screen.

I turn OFF the properties panel and suddenly it reappears.

Hello- if there is no selection, Properties shows the current viewport properties. It looks like, in the first image, there is a slection but Properties has snomehow not got the message and is still on the viewpoirt properties - does that describe what you see?
