I’ve just installed Rhino 7 Evaluation but it keeps crashing when I open it.
Tried uninstalling and re-installing it but still having same problem.
Any ideas would be very welcome.
mac, pc?
graphics card type and driver date?
Multiple monitors? (if so try unplugging the externals and run one for the time being until we can figure out what the issue is)
can you get rhino open long enough to run the systeminfo command? If so please post the report here.
typically, this happens if you are running on very old or out of date video card drivers or a very old or out of date operating system. Updating your drivers from the manufacturers website is recommended.
systeminfo will help us figure it out.
