Problem with Rhino 6 material library preview

Hello,

Does anyone know why my computer won’t display the material preview neither in the library tab within rhino nor in the regular folder explorer of the computer. This is just happening in one of our computers and it displays a white sheet in stead of the material example.

Hello - can you please run SystemInfo in Rhino and post the results here?

Hello -
Your Rhino is very old - SR1 -

please update to the latest…

https://www.rhino3d.com/download/rhino-for-windows/6/latest

Other than that, nothing leaps out at me here but you driver is a getting a little old,

Try updating that as well - Open the Notifications panel (Panel menu) and look for a notification about drivers - double-click on that and follow along to get to a newer driver - download and install that and see how things work.
