Print display "use model units" won’t stay checked in Document Properties

Hi everyone,
I’m using Rhino for Mac and I’ve noticed that when I check the “Use model units” option in Document Properties > Linetypes, the setting doesn’t stick.
As soon as I close and reopen the Document Properties window, the checkbox is unchecked again — even without closing the document.
Since there’s no “OK” button on Mac to confirm the change, I assume it should save automatically?

I’ve tried drawing something and saving the file right after, but it still doesn’t retain the setting.

Has anyone else encountered this? Is it a known issue on Rhino Mac?

Not seeing it here in 8.20, can you run SystemInfo in the Rhino command line and post the results? Thanks!
