Print dialog is incredibly slow (5-10 minutes) when changing any options, printing to PDF, etc.

That’s really odd.
In the Rhinoceros pull-down menu, About Rhinoceros, please click the More Info… button.
Save the information to a text file and send it to tech@mcneel.com together with the problem description and also this URL:

Hopefully we’ll see something in there.
I assume you have restarted your computer and tried it again?
If not, please try that first.
