PointsOff when ran from keyboard shortcut doesn't work on a Detail in Layouts

But PointsOn Does.

and PointsOff DOES run from Command directly, (typed.)

Go figure. (My bigger conspiracy theory is at: Shortcuts Broken, Again.)

I’ve noticed this all year, FWIW, 2016.
