Points in Brep not culling correctly

Anyone know why this expression is not culling correctly? I’ve used this expression sucessfully in a previous project, but for some reason I cant get this to cull points only inside the closed polysurface brep.

The brep is invalid, if you deconstruct and then bake the surfaces you will see a couple on the side with the extra points don’t come though
