PointDeviation command

When I use the PointDeviation command, changing the value for Hair scale has no vissible effect. Any idee what can cause this?

Hello - in V7 this looks broken to me, thanks for the report.

RH-68001 is fixed in Rhino 7 Service Release 18 Release Candidate
