Plugin forms not fitting contents on another computer

My rhinocommon plugin has some forms that I’ve sized to fit all the contents (text boxes, buttons, etc.). It looks fine on my computer, but on another computer forms have to be resized to be able to see all the contents. I’m developing in VB.net in VS 2019. Both computers have the same resolution (1080 x 1920) and both are windows 10. Any idea what could be causing this difference and how might I fix it?
