Plotter Printing , Cutting, with Rhino

Hello
would it be possible to write a auto tile , or auto nesting plug in for rhino cad that would take parts to be cut on a vynal cutter plotter like a sign shop and break parts down automatically for cutting ? the plugin would also auto cut lines so that the parts can only be put back together one way like a puzzle
