[Pipe] Curve to Pipe is not working on some Curves

Hallo

Some of my curves are not able to extrude to a pipe.
In the following Screenshot u can see that the Grasshopper sript was not able the extrude the Curves. If i select each Curve single, they are also not extruded. U can see which Curve worked in Screenshot A.

I would like to understand the reason ?

If i turn of the Grasshopper Preview for the small pipe i cant even see the Preview from the big pipe anymore.

If i turn on both Brebs i can see the big Brebs.

Hmmm, weird how moving it closer to origin makes it a valid brep.

I dont undetstand where the problem is, must be somethink with the Curve ?

Brep are “invalid” when using “round”.
At “flat” they are “closed Breps”

But why ?

I’m not sure why proximity to origin is affecting brep validity. Someone from Mcneel would need to chime in.

I don’t know why but also rotating the curves by a random angle, piping them, then rotating the pipes back produces a good result:

also, moving the curves even very very very far away from the origin produces a good result:

it looks like the Pipe Component does not like the initial position of your curves .____.

how did you get those curves in first place?

I wouldn’t try these dimensions “line length are 108000 mm!” in millimetre Unit in Rhino.
change your rhino file with scaling the object On option and tweak your GH def
