Picture frame opaque no image either in Rhino import 1:1 in Rhinogold

I am having trouble with importing an image into Rhino with with either PictureFrame or import 1:1 on Rhinogold. I select the image and I draw the rectangle and I have an opaque object with no image.
this happened once before and suddenly it worked. It is not working now.

Hi Lawrence,

I’ve seen this happen when the graphics card is not being used or is unsupported by Rhino. Often this is when running Windows on a Mac. Is this your set up? Try updating your GPU driver first and also get on the latest Rhino service release if you aren’t already.
