Pen for texture

Hello,

Is it possible to open not the basic picture editor of windows but an other programm like gimp when i click to the pen ?

You can’t change this in Rhino, as Rhino uses the operating system open mechanism. I wrote about this half a year ago You may be able to do this manually also using the instructions linked to some posts later:
