Default Application for Editing Material Textures

I’ve installed Rhino on a new machine. I can’t recall how I set this in the previous installation. I guess it didn’t copy over with my Options settings.

Bitmap editor from within Rhino

When I call up the bitmap editor in Rhino it opens paint. Where do I change that choice. e.g to Photoshop or Corel etc.

Actually the last post there is from me on May 10th with the same question. Ideas welcome.
