Hi. i was using rhino6 and everything was ok. I was able to use pen viewport on the same project. but then suddenly I wasn’t able to use pen or artistic viewwports. it crashes and says Technical drawing information failed. i tried everything from the older topics. deleted everything reinstalled … then I tried installing rhino 7 but nothing has changed. can you help me I need to use pen viewport as soon as possible for my project. i have nvidia rtx2060 gpu
Hi - we are going to need more information from you. The Pen display mode works fine here on Rhino 7.
When you start a new file from a factory-default template, create a simple box, and then put the viewport in the Pen display mode - does that work?
Please run the Rhino SystemInfo command and copy-paste the result here.
