Panel along the curve/ extrude between points

Hei,
Tottaly begginer here…
I have panels on curve, but they rotate due to x/y not due to curve. I tried extrude on curve and extrude linear but not work. Also tried to rotate them due to line, but still not work for me…
Could anyone give me a hint to that?
