I am attempting to change the layers of my hullform to paint colors, however the color is not changing on all sections. I am hoping to create different color layers for the entire vessel. I do not understand why it is not working.
Hello - assuming we are talking about object display color and not rendering material here, it looks like your Shaded display mode is set to show all objects with a single material overriding the object display color:
