Hi Martin -
Did you install anything (and restarted Rhino)?
Please run the Rhino SystemInfo command and copy-paste its output here.

Hi Martin -
I assume you mean that you installed the latest version of Rhino. I was asking if you had installed any packages using the Package Manager.
The “Import Alembic File” plug-in is not available on the Package Manager. Installing it by drag-n-dropping the .rhp file onto Rhino or selecting it from the Plugins page in the Rhino Options does not make this uninstallable from the Package Manager. Those are two different and separate installation workflows. From the Plugins page, you can locate the folder in which the plug-in installed and delete that file in that folder.
-wim
Hi Wim,
I deleted the .rhp file. Restarted Rhino. The plugin isn’t shown anymore.
The behavior of the the Installed tab in the PackageManager is still the same.
Hi Martin -
You’ll need to provide more information about that. I’ve asked you if you have installed something through the PackageManager twice without getting an answer.
-wim
Sorry @Wim, for not clearly responding. No, I didn’t use the Package Manager at all before.
Hi Martin -
Thanks. Then the behavior of not anything being shown there is correct, if you ask me.
