The best Nvidia you can afford.
It will depend on the specification of the PC. Mismatched CPU and GPU can be a bad combination if you want to do other things.
from the Title you have, OpenGL 4.1 is an old version, all the GPUs in the last 5 years should support OpenGL 4.6.
As other people said, the Best Geforce RTX card you can afford, if you are shopping for a Dell laptop, get something that has RTX 4070. You will thank me in a few years.
If you can afford a 4080, go for it. all these are likely going to be Allienware M series from Dell.
