this looks buggy indeed. Hi @Gijs , thanks for reporting. In fact currently I have lots of polysurfaces(Breps) need to be offset, The red ones are those that FAIL be offset at all. brep offset.gh (1.7 MB) [圖片] Yet look closer, some are offset very stange…for instances, [圖片] [圖片] [圖片]

I recommend in that case to offset all surfaces individually and then union them. The tricky part is that you will need to extend some of the surfaces to make this work properly, but there might be a way to work around that. What’s the end goal of these objects? Would a mesh version be allowed?

Would a mesh version be allowed? I thought about that, however occasionally in some case will have curve surfaces and convert those to mesh will lose the original geometries…
