I am not able to start Grasshopper in Rhino 7.
According to Parametric by Design, Grasshopper comes already installed in Rhino 7, and is started by either clicking the Grasshopper button or by typing Grasshopper into the command prompt.

I can’t seem to upload a screenshot, but i have found Grasshopper in the plug-in manager, and the “enabled” box is ticked, as in your picture.
