Not Able to Start Grasshopper in Rhino 7

I am not able to start Grasshopper in Rhino 7.
According to Parametric by Design, Grasshopper comes already installed in Rhino 7, and is started by either clicking the Grasshopper button or by typing Grasshopper into the command prompt.
However, when i do any of these, the return is:

Command: Grasshopper
Unknown command: Grasshopper

What am I missing?

Hei Audun -

When you go to the plug-in manager and search for Grasshopper, is that plug-in enabled?

Mvh, wim

It seems to be:
I can’t seem to upload a screenshot, but i have found Grasshopper in the plug-in manager, and the “enabled” box is ticked, as in your picture.

Thanks,
Please run the Rhino SystemInfo command and copy-paste the result here.

The presence of Citrix usually is a bad sign. Are you running Rhino locally?
-wim

Yes

Audun

Can you get rid of Citrix?
-wim

I have uninstalled it, and Grasshopper started.
Thank you for your help.
