No Thumbnail Icon on Rhino 9 Beta

On my MacBookPro, when I save a file in R9Beta, there is no longer a thumbnail image of the file any longer. It may just be my Mac, but this has been a recurring issue. Here is my system info

Are you seeing this on the splash screen when launching Rhino?
