While working on a layout page I clicked on one of the camera views and I cant figure out how to restore the layout page, I’m not sure what to lookup or what question to search to get out of it!

That huge block placed on your paperspace , make sure to keep your Layout Views as tidy as possible so you won’t run into Zoom/Extents issue
