New Plugin not loading for the first time

Hi all
I have recently published a plugin on food4Rhino which has external dependencies of .NET numpy. I have added the linked .dll files along with the plugin.

Here is the problem that I am facing. The first time when any new user opens the example file their Rhino crashes and they have to force close it. But the next time around the file opens without a problem.

Has anyone faced this issue before ?

The object expires during solution when the example file is opened for the first time and works fine for the instances later
