So I am very close, but the shape won’t bend inwards. No matter what, the velcro will always face outwards. project 1.3dm (7.3 MB)

Hello - I guess this is about what you are after, getting close anyway, maybe-

I used FlowAlongSrf, with the curve rebuilt to a lot of points - 150 or so -
