I Need help joining several surfaces into one and smoothing out the wrinkles. I have tried: Join naked edges, Boolean union, drape, etc. I can’t seem to get one useable surface though. I can send the file to anyone who might want to help.

That’s strange, can you try copying and pasting the link for the file into a web browser?
