Need help finishing a project

Hi I need help finishing a project I feel stuck and dont know how to proceed. I am looking to create a structure like this but I need the porous holes to be more specific to the surrounding context. However, ground floor will be one big pipe to allow movement. I am unsure how to create this please help. Is there anyone willing to let me contact them and help me along the way. Thanks

the sub-d tools within Rhino might be a good starting point to explore these kind of shapes
