I was aware of the multi-user license keys but the upgrade was ordered by someone who may not have been aware that option was available.
Also, we can’t afford any downtime and I suspect that the license conversion cannot be done outside of regular working hours. It’s not ideal but perhaps we should have moved to the multi-user licenses when we were less busy. Less busy is not something we are going to be for a while though…
