Move points on a plane perpendicular to a curve

Hello!
Anyone who knows how to move some points on a plane perpendicular to a curve?? The purpose is to move them and then trace a curve in a perpendicular direction to a point.

I was looking for a way to use the same points of the interpolate curve, but yes! This could be anyway good, I’ll work on it! Thank you so much!

Sorry, do you know how to move differently in many directions (on the plane) every single point?
