Mouse problem

Hello,
I accidentally disabled the zoom on my mouse wheel and I can’t get it back. I can no longer work if my zoom is disabled. I’m on Mac with a bluetooth mouse on a USB port. Thanks for your help.

Preferences > View, Zoom section.
You probably set your scale factor to 1.0
Try 0.95 instead.

Thanks for your answer.
Yesterday I changed the scale in 1 but also the grid option to 300. I change it this morning and the mouse wheel remains on rotation.

Hi Laureline -

Could you post a screenshot of the Preferences -> View dialog?

Sorry for the late answer

Hi Laureline -
Which versions of both Rhino and macOS are you running?

Hy. This is my versions

Hi Laureline -
Thanks for that information.
I see that macOS 12.6 isn’t on the list of supported OS versions for Rhino 6, and, I suppose, there could be some incompatibility here.

I would try resetting all preferences to see if that helps - make sure to first export those preferences if you have modifications that you would like to keep → Rhino for Mac - Preferences [McNeel Wiki]
You could also download the evaluation version of Rhino to see if that fixes the issue.

What I don’t understand is that it worked very well before I changed the grid and the scale with this software.

I will update my Mac

After the last update of my mac is the same. Now it’s the 12.6.2 version. MONTEREY

Good news. After resetting the preferences all is correct. Have a good day.
