Mould Creation on Dental Aligner

Hi All,

I am new to Rhino and I want to build the mould of a Dental Aligner. I could see “Mold Making Tools” in version 7 that seems to be good solution to my problem but I couldn’t find a tool where I can specify the boundary(Partition line). In my case partition line is what separates the inner and the outer part of the aligner. Do you guys know any tool where I cloud go there and select the parting line?

Hi -

It looks like exploding the mesh and running DupBorder on the main outer part would be a good start, perhaps?
