I want to drape the following surface over a frame
its suposed to hang through the frame like its doing in the model photo!
If someone does know how to do this i would appreciate help

Are you using R8?

The file is R8. Should you need a different version please let me know. I copy/pasted the whole model into a new file where the units are in cm [small objects template- imagine for this model it could be the large objects template].
Then moved the two objects to the origin from as close as I could get the same place on each object.
I did not do anymore because it is not clear to me exactly what you want. However, the two objects are now pretty closely aliened. There are a number of ways- commands to use- to be precise but to do so I would need to make some changes to the objects [not their geometry but rather their nature].
So hope this helps you. If not, please just post such. And or if you want to describe in more detail [and diagramming helps too] the next step given trouble; please post this matter as well.
