Modelling a pineapple in Grasshopper

Hello everyone,

does anybody have an idea how to model this pineapple in grasshopper.

I was thinking about different star shapes and then loft them. I made it in Blender but I have to recreate it in Grasshopper. So any starting setup idea would be very appreciated.

It is not very flexible as it depends on the two curves.

Now I am annoyed. How do I distribute the cells in that pattern?
Are the cell centers what would be the intersections of the idealized spirals in the sunflower depiction?
