Missing right click menu convenience features in Grasshopper for Rhino8

I have been using Grasshopper for a while and there are some convenience features that Grasshopper has always had that are no longer working in Rhino8. I wanted to see if these could get fixed or if I just need to unlearn these features.

Missing keyboard shortcuts after right clicking a component:
When Rhino8 first came out, there were no keyboard shortcuts implemented on the right click menu. Some of this issues like this one Missing Right Click then F or G for Flatten or Graft have been fixed, but they didn’t fully implement how things used to work.

  1. Yes, Flatten and Graph, and any other command in the right click menu that is the only command that starts with that letter tends to work right now. That includes Bake, Enable, Disable… which is awesome! So glad this was fixed since the initial release.
  2. Commands that start with the same letter as other commands - In Rhino7, if I hit S after right clicking an input, it would highlight simplify and I could click enter to set it, or I could hit S again and it would go to Set One Input or Set Multiple… This is not working in Rhino8. I think Rhino8 is taking a different approach and they chose not to implement a way to navigate multiple commands that have the same first character.
  3. Nested commands - If I right click an input in Rhino7 and hit WF, it would set the Wire Display to Faint. This is so useful! And everyone I work with misses it in Rhino8. Disconnect worked the same way, and it had multiple options with the same starting character, so you could click the letter until you highlight the one you want to remove. It was great.

I know there are more of these kinds of features, but I am going to leave it as is for now. I hope we can get some of these resolved, but it is ultimately my wish list of missing features in the ui.
