Did you intentionally removed the option for metal materials that sets the color to (Copper, Gold, Silver, Platinum, etc.)?
Gem material still has it’s option:
Oversight while a new implementation of the color picker was integrated. Already on the list, and probably already fixed. I need to test still: RH-57919
